Besides doing one-to-one hypnosis sessions with my clients, I also offer seminars in companies of all sizes, and in all different countries. Both online and in person. Having employees that take care of their body and mind is essential. However, this part of business is often overlooked, to the detriment of the company. It can be very expensive if your employees get ill and can’t do their job. Prevention of such stressful situations should be at the top of any CEO’s list. I carefully construct presentations that are unique to your company and the set of specific issues you may have. Teaching about how your colleagues can help them selves mentally and physically. This can range anywhere from teaching self-hypnosis techniques to easy-to-do exercises from my physiotherapy practice! All of the things I would teach your employees are safe, effective, simple, and most importantly, fun!!
