We have a conscious and a subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is highly influenced by our imagination and emotions. When we think about having a lack of confidence, we are usually watching our own movie in our head. Sometimes it’s a past experience that went badly, and other times it is a made-up experience, a fantasy that we conjured up in our imagination with the limiting beliefs that we carry with us.
Meaning, if we have been practicing self-hypnosis to believe that there are reasons NOT to be confident, then we can certainly train our mind to believe that we are one of the most confident people out there!
