One of the quickest ways to stop smoking, is hypnosis. In just one session, you can quit smoking forever. It is important to know, that I have a certain protocol before the Stop-Smoking-Hypnosis-Session.

Depending on how many cigarettes you would normally smoke in a day, you need to gradually and consistently reduce the amount you smoke before the hypnosis session. This is for a number of reasons. To be safe, to spike the cravings, which we will use and work with during the session, and to practice commitment to your own health, putting your health above all. If you don’t see the same level of importance to committing to your health as I do, we will not work together until you are ready.

I want to ensure that you get the best results possible, this is only possible if you take this process seriously. This way, we can let go of the cigarette having a pleasurable association in your mind, and instead see it for what it truly is; a disgusting and expensive habit. If you are thinking, ‘‘ I am waiting for the right time to stop smoking, I’m just so stressed at the moment.‘‘ That means you have a very pathological way of dealing with stress, and the longer you wait, the more damage is being done to your body. If you say‚‘‘ it’s too much money for one session‘‘, think about how much money you spend on cigarettes a month, and how much you would save if you stopped smoking. Think about it, you are actually paying to ruin your health. All of those expensive skin care products, supplements and super foods mean nothing if you are smoking your lifespan away.
